Excel Manufacturing is gearing up to meet the new demand of the global Aerospace Industry with a major expansion that will require investments of up to 7 million US dollars.

The core of the new investment is a machining cell to be supplied by Ingersoll that will include:

• Two 5 axis profilers
• Pallet Transporter
• 8 pallets
• Tip-up station to load components in the horizontal position

The cell will be able to machine large monolithic components such as pressure bulkheads, wing spars, wing ribs, etc.

The machines are part of the new generation of the Ingersoll PMH series, horizontal profilers designed for High Speed and High Metal Removal both for aluminum and Titanium.
