Course Objectives:
- Understand machine process for each operation
- Operate the Ingersoll equipment in automatic mode from
the operator console
- Operate the Ingersoll equipment in manual mode from the
operator console
- Operate each station manually from the station controls
- Perform tool changes (various stations and styles of tooling)
- Identify safety features of the Ingersoll equipment

MAINTENANCE TRAINING 6 Participants
Course Objectives (Mechanical Maintenance):
- Know all safety features of the equipment and how they
work
- Identify all major components of the equipment
- Learn Ingersolls numbering system for drawings
- Troubleshooting procedures
- Discuss slide assembly procedures
- Discuss feedbox assembly procedures
- Review IKO ways and bearings (mounting and handling
instructions)
- Discuss fixtures, spindles and bearings
- Learn about machine lubrication and fluid systems
- Discuss preventive maintenance and its importance
Course Objectives (Electrical Maintenance):
- Know all safety features of the equipment and how they
work
- Identify all major components of the equipment
- Review electrical schematics and system block diagrams
- Discuss electrical machine components
- Learn machine operating procedures and menu screen tree
- Learn fault recovery procedures
- Discuss homing routines
- Learn safe power up/power down procedures
- Discuss preventive maintenance and its importance
