The Ingersoll Mastercenter is engineered to provide the rigidity and accuracy to machine five sides of a workpiece in a single setup.

Fixed Rail, Adjustable Rail, and Gantry Style machine configurations, and Spindle power ranging from 30hp up to 100hp gives versatility for a wide range of parts.

The Mastercenter Spindle Drive System delivers full horsepower to both vertical and horizontal machining operations. Interchangeable vertical and horizontal Spindle Units with 360º C-axis indexing provide built-in flexibility. An optional B-axis drive adds capability to cut angular surfaces anywhere within the workpiece envelope and also provides for full 5-axis contouring.

Automatic tool and Spindle Unit Changers are each program controlled for quick, accurate changover. All Spindle Unit service connections are automatic.

Automated work handling options include a pallet exchanger system which can be expanded later into a multi-machine cell or system. Dual table arrangements are also available for simultaneous setup and machining.
